The vineyards of Pacos Vini, a young wine company that began its business in 2003, are in the district of Baracchino in Noto, near Pachino, in an area which has always been renowned for the production of wine.

There are twenty hectares of vineyards at espalier planted on gentile slops at 50 meters above sea level facing the Mediterranean Sea and the African Continent.

These two opposite ends: the South-East of Sicily and the northern part of Africa share the same blinding sunlight, the vivid colours of the sky and the sea, the hot Sirocco winds and the mild winters.

Pacos Vini wants to re-establish a link with tradition in a process that has brought the owners of the company backwards, from the results of an advanced agriculture obtained through new technologies, to the need to look back to the past, using traditional cultivation methods and by making relive the love for the land and the respect for the noble and ancient art of wine making.
